Bengaluru: The online startup TVF founder and CEO Arunabh Kumar is facing charges of sexual harassment after a post of women claiming to be a former employee went viral. In an anonymous post the women listed multiple incidents where she alleged to be sexually harassed by the company’s CEO Kumar.
In a post she wrote that she was sexually harassed by Kumar on multiple occasions and that it had become “routine”.
But later the company(TVF) come out to safe his boss claiming that the allegations are false, baseless and unverified.
Other TVF employees, including directors Amit Golani and Biswapati Sarkar, took to Twitter to dismiss the allegations, terming them sensationalist and false.
Another Facebook user, describing her experience while shooting for a TVF web series, said she was faced with inappropriate behavior( but does not name Kumar in a post) and said “I know that this girl definitely isn’t the only girl he has been a sleaze to.”
