Sirsa: A truck loaded with gas cylinder’s overturns in Sirsa due to speed breakers. According to the Police due to these speed breakers on flyover incidents like this happened earlier also. According to the eye witnesses the incident took place when the truck was coming down from the Railway over-bridge.
