Sangrur: Sangrur District Police and counter intelligence team arrested three drugs traffickers with Heroin of one kg and 300 grams here in a joint operation held on Thursday evening.
The joint operation was done on information which they had from the intelligence.
The operation was done by SP Sewa Singh Malhi, SP Baljinder singh from Malerkotla, SHO Kulwant Kaur from Sandour and team of Counter Intelligence.
Talking to media, SSP Sangrur Inderbir Singh said that District police of Sangrur started a drive to put a stop on drugs trafficking in Punjab, this drive helps us to get successful in arresting three drug traffickers on Thursday evening.
“Two women named as Bhuro and Tarandeep kaur, and one man Balbir Singh was arrested in the operation”, he added.
