Chandigarh, July 23 : The Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh, Dr Renu Vig, today conferred a Certificate of Appreciation on Harpreet Sandhu, State Information Commissioner, Punjab, and noted author, in recognition of his outstanding contribution towards promoting the importance of books, enriching the Panjab University Library through valuable literary contributions, and showcasing the natural and heritage wealth of Panjab University through his dedicated literary and pictorial works.
