Los Angeles: The 89th Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences was held here.
Movie La La Land has won Six Awards. Initially La La Land was awarded as the best picture by presenters but later on it was revealed that there was a mistake and Moonlight had actually won.
Hollywood actor from India, Dev Patel was a nominee in best supporting actor for movie “Lion”. Sunny pawar, 8 year old kid from the movie Lion also made his walk walk on the Red Carpet.
Priyanka Chopra was also caught up on Red carpet Stealing the Show.
Oscars payed homage to the stars lost in 2016, Om puri was also remembered among other Hollywood stars who passed away in 2016.
