Jalandhar: On Wednesday, Health department here raided in a dairy shop who used to make milk from fake milk products and seized 100 packets of fake milk material.
Health department officer Harjeet Singh said that these fake products of milk are illegal and it is an offence to keep these products in a dairy shop.
Singh also said that the dairy owners used to mix cow, buffaloe milk with these fake milk products and cheated their customers by selling them fake milk on the name of original milk.
Officials had collected the samples from the shop and send it for the testing in forensic lab.
