Zirakpur: Addressing a late night rally on Friday, AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal targeted the Congress party saying that Congress was losing the elections badly and declaring Captain Amrinder as CM was their last ditch effort to make a difference to the result.
“However, this is not going to make any difference in the elections as the people have already made up their mind,” he said.
