Chandigarh: A video that has gone viral on social media is proving to be a source of embarrassment for the top AAP leadership fresh from their defeat in the Punjab elections.
In the video, AAP leader Sanjay Singh is seen sitting with his supporters anticipating and mimicking the events that could possibly have unfolded in the event of an AAP victory. Singh is shown humming popular Hindi tunes along with his supporters, while trying to connect to AAP’s Punjab spearhead Bhagwant Mann on the mobile phone.
To everyone’s delight in the room, which is already resonating with loud guffaws of AAP supporters, Mann comes on the line and regales those present with his trade mark humour.
While Sanjay Singh mimicks a TV reporter announcing Bhagwant Mann’s victory from Jalalabad, Bhagwant Mann is heard making fun of an opposition leader who has lost the elections.
