Chandigarh 3 June 2026:

The State Election Commission, Punjab informed that total 403 nominations received for MC Gurdaspur, MC Dinanagar, MC Qadian and MC Sham Chaurasi. Elections to these 4 MCs will be held on 13.6.2026, between 8 AM and 4 PM.

He further said that election will be held using EVMs.  Counting will take place on 13.6.26, at the polling station itself, immediately after completion of poll. Detailed list of nominations is attached.
