New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday dismissed the transit bail application of Honeypreet Insan.
The High Court passed the orders on the grounds that she had been evading arrest so far and was not entitled to any discretionary relief.
It observed that the plea had been filed just to buy time and delay action against her in Haryana.
