Hoshiarpur: Jail Superintendent declared as a fugitive. He has been accused for helping a gangster Kala Dhanoula.
While conversing with media, Punjab Police IG Kunwarvijay Partap Singh said that we already had the information about the deal of Superintendent and Kala’s Father of Rs. 50000.In the deal Superintendent will facilitate Kala in jail and help him to escape the jail.
“We caught them red-handed”, said IG.
