Gautam Buddh Nagar (NOIDA): A local court here has issued a non-bailable warrant against Congress candidate from Punjab’s Guru Har Sahai constituency, Rana Gurmeet Sodhi.
The warrant has been issued under sections 406, 420 of the IPC in a case underway as Pardeep Grover vs Rana Gurmeet Sodhi. The matter involves a money transaction of Rs 51 lakhs between the two parties.
Sodhi is required to be present in the court on February 6.
